Boondox’s South of Hell Available for Pre-Order!
“Psychopathic Records’ Own Southern Rap Artist, Boondox, is Releasing His Fourth Album, South of Hell, Paired with Documentary, Southern Bled.”
Farmington Hills, Michigan, April 21, 2010 — Georgia native, Boondox, is Psychopathic Records’ Southern Scarecrow, and his new album, South of Hell, will be packaged with his documentary, Southern Bled, and released on May 11, 2010 in stores nationwide, and on the web.
With the help from Producer Mike E. Clark, Boondox created his deepest and darkest music to date for South of Hell. Listeners will definitely know that they are listening to a Boondox album; however, Mike E. Clark did a phenomenal job of creating an original sound that only an artist like Boondox would be able to pull off and still sound like himself.
Like most Psychopathic Records’ album releases scheduled for this year, South of Hell comes packaged with something extra for fans. In addition to the album, buyers will receive a biographical documentary: Southern Bled. This film documents Boondox’s past to illustrate how the mysterious artist and his terrifying music came into being. Paul Andresen, the director, went to Boondox’s hometown to interview his family and childhood friends. He even spoke with some of Psychopathic Records’ artists to dive into deciphering what has created such a dark musician.
A record release party is currently being planned in Georgia for May 11, 2010, and those details will follow upon confirmation.
